Not only are you making your webpage look like an untrained spambot made it, but your spam score also increases because of it. You only get to use those key words in ONLY ONE header ONLY ONE time. If not, you are cannibalizing your pages and keywords. Headers and meta tags are your chance to rank for different “lucrative” keywords + phrases, like: “How to create a SWOT Analysis”. DO NOT ADD ANYTHING “5Paragraph” related after (that’s inferred by being a branded keyword of your domain).  Therefore, “How to create a SWOT analysis the 5P way” is wrong. Instead consider along the lines of, How to create SWOT analysis? The military method.

SEO Opportunities

Take all your previous podcasts from CigarsandSeaStories.com (because now they no longer belong to a domain) and post them to your page. That will increase the content cluster and ranking.
